3. Our Zero Data Collection Policy

✅ What We Do Not Collect — Complete List

SimpApps Ltd does not collect, store, transmit, access, process, or have any knowledge of:

This is architecturally enforced. Our applications are built so that data never leaves your device. SimpApps Ltd does not operate application servers that receive user data. There is no mechanism — technical or otherwise — by which we could access your information.

This is not a matter of policy choice that could change in the future — it is the fundamental design principle of every application we build. Our mission is to create software that gives people complete control over their own data. That means we build systems where we are technically incapable of accessing it.

4. How Our Applications Work — On-Device Architecture

Every SimpApps Ltd application is built on the same core principle: your data stays on your device.

StableWallet

Ethernity

Future Applications

All future SimpApps Ltd applications will be built on the same zero-data-collection architecture. This is a binding commitment of our company.

5. Website — Minimal Technical Data

When you visit www.simpapps.com, standard web server logs may temporarily record your IP address and the pages you request. This is a technical requirement of internet infrastructure and is not used by us for any purpose other than ensuring the website is served correctly.

We do not use analytics platforms that track individual users. We do not build profiles of website visitors. Any server logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days for security purposes and then deleted.

If you contact us by email, we will hold your email address and the content of your message solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, and for no longer than 12 months.

We do not sell, share, or transfer any data — including website server logs — to any third party for any commercial purpose, ever.

6. Non-Custodial Software — Full Disclaimer

⛔ Non-Custodial — Complete Disclaimer

SimpApps Ltd:

YOU BEAR SOLE AND COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY FOR: safeguarding your private keys and seed phrase; all financial decisions; any loss of assets from any cause whatsoever including loss of keys, hardware failure, theft, user error, or market volatility.

LOST PRIVATE KEYS AND SEED PHRASES ARE PERMANENTLY IRRECOVERABLE. SIMPAPPS LTD CANNOT HELP YOU RECOVER THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. SIMPAPPS LTD WILL NEVER ASK FOR YOUR SEED PHRASE.

7. No Financial or Health Advice

Nothing published by SimpApps Ltd — on our website, in our applications, on social media, or in any other communication — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, health advice, medical advice, legal advice, or tax advice.

All content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Digital assets are highly speculative and volatile. Health information displayed in our applications is for personal tracking purposes only and is not medical advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making financial or health decisions.

8. Third-Party Services

Our applications may interact with the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies:

SimpApps Ltd does not share any user data with third parties — because we do not collect any user data to share.

9. Blockchain Transparency Notice

When you use StableWallet to interact with a blockchain network, your wallet addresses and transaction amounts become permanently recorded on a public, immutable ledger that is visible to anyone. This is an inherent and unavoidable characteristic of public blockchain technology and is entirely outside the control of SimpApps Ltd. SimpApps Ltd accepts no responsibility for the public nature of blockchain data.

10. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

Because SimpApps Ltd does not collect or hold personal data about you (beyond minimal website server logs and any email correspondence), in practice there is very little personal data we hold that could be subject to a data subject access request.

Nevertheless, you have the following rights under UK GDPR: access (Art. 15); rectification (Art. 16); erasure (Art. 17); restriction (Art. 18); portability (Art. 20); objection (Art. 21); and withdrawal of consent.

To exercise any right or to enquire what, if any, data we hold about you: privacy@simpapps.com. We will respond within one calendar month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk · 0303 123 1113.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly interact with minors. Because we collect no user data, no minor's data is held by us. If you believe a minor has used our services, please contact privacy@simpapps.com.

12. Limitation of Liability

⛔ Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIMPAPPS LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: any loss of digital assets or funds; any financial loss from use of our services; any health decisions made based on data displayed in our applications; losses from loss of private keys or seed phrases; losses from software bugs or blockchain failures; indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; or loss of data, profits, or business.

WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED £100 OR FEES PAID BY YOU TO SIMPAPPS LTD IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS LOWER. Nothing herein excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under English law.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be notified by updating the version date on this page. Our zero-data-collection architecture is a permanent commitment and will not change. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
